Relaxed private dining
No other restaurants do things quite like 10 Greek Street, fresh ingredients, bold flavours with simple presentation in a casual setting. It is really one of those restaurants you would just love to keep going back to, over and over again. The only annoying thing it's a none booking restaurant so it can be a mission to get a table when it is super busy in the evenings. But there is always a way to get around it! Grab some friends and book its private dining room in its basement.

You are offered a selection of starters and get to choose 1 main course and 1 dessert to share with your party. I was really impressed with the artichoke salad and smoked mackerel, it had the DNA of 10 Greek Street written all over with its Mediterranean flavours. The seasoning and tastes were spot on, these are the kind of starters I can happily eat it all day long on a summer evening.

The main event of the grilled lobsters was a real meaty affair, countless giant lobsters served with samphire. The meat was really fresh and moist, lovely sweet tastes with a hint of smokiness, a real delight and in fact it tasted better than Burgers & Lobster. The sides were also well executed, the beetroot had the perfect texture and the fried potatoes were robust in taste and soft in texture. Last but not least, the dessert was also fun and interesting, The pistachio cake's nutty aroma went extremely well with the creamy and sour yoghurt ice cream.

As expected, the food at 10 Greek Street delivered a beautiful harmony of tastes, service was also top notch to deal with requests and was very calm, friendly and professional. At £40 per person I thought it was amazing value for money and one of the most fabulous private dining experiences in London. With a monthly changing menu at a affordable price in a laid back setting, what is not to love?
