Great cocktail bars around in London part 2

As part of my blog feature, I will highlight some great cocktail bars in London that are well worth a visit. London is the pioneer city in terms of cocktail movement and I would love to share all the wonderful and exciting cocktail bars I've been to. Part 1 here

For gin lovers: Graphic Bar

If you are a gin lover, then look no further to Graphic, Graphic has over 240 different gins on its bar shelf, with a cocktail list of replacing classic and popular cocktail with gin. Even just a standard G&T is served in style in Graphic Bar with special garnish and tonic water. Also home to the Juniper Club which is a gin master class from different gin brands, a must try place for gin enthusiasts.

For a first class experience: Artesian

Artesian is the cocktail bar that has everything, top notch cocktails, great service with a beautiful interior. With a new menu launched last month, the team from Artesian has taken cocktails to a whole new level with a creative approach that is similar to El Bulli's. The service here won't look out of place in a Michelin restaurant, this is the bar to visit if you are after the full cocktail experience.

For pre dinner drinks in the city: The Zetter Townhouse

Part of The Zetter Townhouse Hotel. This cocktail lounge has a reputation of serving cocktails in a beautiful and relaxing setting. With a simple but elegant cocktail list created by industry heavyweight Tony Conigliaro. You will feel like stepping back to the past at a royal's mansion at this cocktail lounge, an ideal place to kick off your evening after a long day at work.

For experimental cocktails: Purl

If you are looking for some truly spectacular cocktail with a wow factor, look no further than Purl, an underground cocktail bar near Baker Street. Highly creative cocktails with wacky visual and unexpected tastes, seem like Purl has taken a page from Fat duck but transferred it to cocktail making. Try Sevillian if you are a fan of Spanish food, chorizo washed gin matched perfectly with garlic tomato, a rather unusual but fun experience.

For refined cocktails in Soho: Blind Pig

Blind Pig is a cocktail bar inside one of the hottest restaurants in Jason Atherton's Social Eating House. Managed by Gareth Evans, one of the best bartenders in the UK. With his elegant and innovative approach, he has created a list of fun and stylish cocktails. Try the Night Watchman, a rum swizzle that taste as good as it looks with its fruity and refreshing flavours. Food here is also a must try with its funky and interesting taste which you won't be able to find elsewhere in London.
