Honest Burgers has continued to expand in 2014 and is now one of the most successful independent burger joints in London, founders Tom and Phil got the formula spot on with its well sourced meat and quality garnish in the burgers, serving it in a humble setting at a very affordable price.

I took advantage of my free burger voucher (by signing up to its newsletter) and visited their latest opening in Oxford Circus, I noticed they also do take aways which is such welcoming news as it is almost impossible to eat in Honest Burger if you are in a rush as it is so popular these days and waiting time can be up to two hours in the evening.

Once again I got my hands on the monster: The federation burger, Honest burger with double the meat and cheese. I had mine medium rare, the meat as expected was rich but clean, the sweet onion and cheese sat nicely in between to deliver a well balanced finish. Honest burgers these days still produce the best burgers in London and credit to the team turning a simple but wonderful concept into such a successful business.
