Meat Liquor

Meaty delight

Meat Liquor Brighton

Meat Liquor has gone from strength to strength over the years as a business, with expansions beyond London and acquiring other businesses such as Wishbone in Brixton and re-branded to Chicken Liquor. Meat Liquor is edgy, fun and trendy, plus factoring in the popular premium burger trend, all of these proven to be the formula that is turning the Meat Liquor brand into one of the biggest independent up market burger operations.

Super Fatty Patty

I headed down to Brighton one evening and gave their new special burger a go, the Super Fatty Patty, created by Ross Shonhan of Bone Daddies in celebration of Meat Liquor's new book launch. The bone marrow-infused beef patty with yakiniku sauce was just an absolute delight, the sweet and salty sauces blended in nicely with the rich medium cooked meat, the tiny hint of lemon ponzu and pickled red onions gave the burger the sourness to offset the richness, and with a fried egg in the mix, you cant get fattier than that!
